3—Routine Here are my feet on the Wii balance board. My exercise is part of my routine. This gentle exercise— at least walking each day—has been so helpful for me. It might seem cheesy and ineffective but for me, right now, this is what works and is attainable. I don’t expect to be in fantastic shape or slim and trim, it’s just something I do for the sake of my mental health that has become a habit, a part of my routine. I am thankful for the way this healthy routine has improved my mental health and my life.
